Wondering how to double cleanse without turning your evening into a ten-step project? Start with two products that have different jobs: an oil cleanser, then a water-based cleanser.
This guide uses Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Cleansing Oil and Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser to show the order clearly. It is a practical starting point for an evening routine after makeup or sunscreen, with optional skincare ideas once the cleansing is finished.
The quick answer: oil cleanser on dry skin, add water and rinse, then use your water-based cleanser and rinse again. An essence or ampoule comes afterwards; it is not a third cleansing step.

Once both cleansers have been rinsed away, move on to your usual skincare. You do not need both an essence and an ampoule just because they appear in a routine guide. If you want an extra hydration step, choose one that fits what you already use, then finish with your moisturiser.
COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence is one option. COSRX directs users to apply a small amount after cleansing and toning, pat gently, then follow with moisturiser. It belongs after the cleansing steps, not between the oil and gel.
